Terms of service

The service

Afilipost publishes posts to the social media accounts you connect and runs the automation rules you configure. You may disconnect any account at any time, from the panel or from the platform's own settings.

Your responsibilities

• You may only connect accounts you have the right to manage.
• You are responsible for what you publish and for its compliance with each platform's rules.
• Spam, deceptive content, and any use that breaks a platform's terms is not permitted.
• Your API key identifies you. Keep it secret; anything done with it is treated as done by you.

What we do not promise

Publishing happens through the platforms' APIs. When a platform has an outage, changes a permission, applies a rate limit, or rejects your content, the post may not go out. We surface the reason and retry where retrying makes sense, but we cannot guarantee delivery.

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from a platform's behaviour.

Early access

The service is currently free while in early access. Features may change and interruptions are possible. If pricing is introduced, it will be published on the pricing page before it applies to anyone, and no one will be charged without agreeing first.

Ending it

You may close your account whenever you like; your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or a platform's terms.
