Data deletion
Three ways to have your data removed, and what each one deletes.

From inside the panel
Open Connections and remove the account. Its access tokens, posts, contacts, messages and automation rules are deleted from the database at that moment.
From Instagram or Facebook
Settings → Apps and websites → remove Afilipost. The platform sends us a deletion notice automatically and the same data is removed. You will be given a confirmation code and a page showing the status of the request.
By writing to us
To delete your whole account rather than one connection, write to 1burakbabacan@gmail.com. The request is completed within 30 days and you will be told when it is done.
What is not deleted
Posts already published on a platform stay on that platform — they belong to your account there, and only you can remove them. Where the law requires us to keep a record (for example an invoice, once billing exists), that record is kept for the period the law specifies and nothing more.
